SPU block size Safe Don't set this to Mega, otherwise the graphical flicker will appear.

GPU configuration

Write color buffers On Required for Force CPU Blit Emulation.
Multithreaded RSX On May improve performance.
Asynchronous texture streaming On Can improve performance, if your GPU is strong enough to use it.
