Hello everyone. Today, while I was planing Ratchet and Clank TOD, I found how to fix the sound issue. With the default settings, some sounds like hitting with wrench and grinding on rails don't play. How you fix it is go to menu > options > game options and change audio mode from surround to stereo. I don't know why it doesn't work but when you switch to stereo there is no sound problem.
