Updating MGS4 Article

I think this article requires an update, in the past MGS4 has been rather painful to get running in a stable manner, but we have more resources and more accurate emulation now than we did 5 years ago when this article was last posted; I think for example we should include the RPCS3 CPU DATA spreadsheet alongside a more accurate catalog of configurations to ensure a stable gaming experience, since I think it pertains especially well with running MGS4 on modern platforms.

I'd love to collaborate with people in order to make this article as accurate as possible.

The config I'm running at has gotten me from the start of the game all the way to the first Drebin encounter. I think I'll update if I find anything that makes it particularly unstable
