Armored Core: For Answer is a 2008 mecha-based vehicular combat game developed by FromSoftware and published by Ubisoft for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. It is the 13th installment in the mecha-based Armored Core series, the game is the direct sequel to Armored Core 4. The game was release on March 18, 2008 in Japan, September 16, 2008 in North America & November 28, 2008 in the EU.

Options that deviate from RPCS3's default settings and provide the best experience with this title are listed below.

GPU configuration

Setting Option Notes
Framelimit Auto Explosive damage scales with framerate. Values above 60FPS will negatively affect game balance.
Write color buffers On Fixes missing textures on player ACs.

Known Issues

Intel Integrated Graphics does not function with this title, giving major visual issues that make the game unplayable. Intel Iris, Arc, and Xe users report that the colors on their ACs do not display properly, but the game is otherwise functional.
