Framelimit Auto Fixes desync audio with the cutscenes.

Known Issues

After starting this title for the first time, it is possible for the 'Installing Trophies' message in the menus to not go away and get stuck. Please note that the game should still be running behind this and either game can still be selected to remove this and continue playing as normal.
