This game had weird a fps timing on the PS3, in order to emulate the FPS timing correctly the clock scale needs to be adjusted as described in the config section above. Keep in mind that while this fixes the timing, a side effect as a result of it is it messes with the duration of a fight and shortens it by 10-15 seconds.
