Their ship crashed into the cargo hold of the Ishimura, badly damaging it. Isaac and his team survive but the Ishimura is abandoned. No crew around too be found. Isaac is then tasked to pull up a diagnostics report of the Ishimura when a monster, know as a Necromporph, attacks one of the team members. Isaac runs away but is the separated from the rest of his team but is still able to maintain radio contact. No options that deviate from RPCS3's default settings are recommended for this title.
Known Issues
Combat sound effects cut out all sound for a second. It's believed that the audio channels has a set FPS that isn't connected or synced correctly to the visual FPS.
Special Notes
A work-around was finally found, See Configuration but, more testing is needed for other machines running different hardware and OS. These settings may not work on your machine.
