The Legend of Korra is based on the animated television series of the same name which aired on Nickelodeon from 2012 to 2014. The game is a third-person action game, supporting single-player play only. Players control Korra, the series' heroine, as she fights villains from the first two seasons of the series with the bending arts, a spiritual and physical practice similar in appearance to Eastern martial arts by which practitioners move and alter the elements of water, earth, fire and air. Korra can switch between four different elements on the fly, each with its own combat styles and special moves.

Only three years after its release, the game was removed from sale on all digital storefronts on December 21, 2017. Legend of Korra was published exclusively via online distribution, and was delisted on December 21, 2017 by Activision when their license for the property expired.

Configuration

Options that deviate from RPCS3's default settings and provide the best experience with this title are listed below.

CPU configuration

Setting Option Notes
SPU decoder Recompiler (ASMJIT) LLVM causes issues with audio.
TSX instructions Disabled TSX Instructions Enabled may produce random crashes during intense gameplay.

Advanced configuration

Setting Option Notes
Driver wake-up delay 200 Lower values may cause crashes.

Known Issues

  • Audio may cut out if using LLVM SPU Decoder, but game otherwise playable. ASMJIT alleviates this issue.
