Works. However, the performance is much lower than that of single-player. The performance is also heavily impacted by resolution scaling. Most users should stick with 100% or 125% scaling. Even at 100% (720p) 60 FPS is very difficult to reach, so we recommend sticking with the game's default 30 FPS for split screen. | |||

Known Issues
In certain cases with resolution scaling lag at the start of races can be seen. This can be fixed by using the dynamic resolution scaling patch.
The Caldera Ridge Volcanic DLC track can have serious performance issues with resolution scaling higher than 100% in certain cases, which can also be fixed by disabling dynamic resolution scaling.
Split Screen
Works. However, the performance is much lower than that of single-player. The performance is also heavily impacted by resolution scaling. Most users should stick with 100% or 125% scaling.
