Hi, the patch directory has been updated on this page to be ~/patches/ which would imply C:/Users/<username>/patches/, however the emulator doesn't seem to notice patch.yml in that directory, but it does notice it in the RPCS3 install directory. Maybe this change should be reverted?

Patch directory on Windows

Hi, the patch directory has been updated on this page to be ~/patches/ which would imply C:/Users/<username>/patches/, however the emulator doesn't seem to notice patch.yml in that directory, but it does notice it in the RPCS3 install directory. Maybe this change should be reverted?
