Hamster Ball is a digital PSN title released exclusively for the PlayStation 3, developed by Creat Studios and published by TikGames. Released back in March/April 2010, it is based off of the original PC version released back in 2004.

The game follows the gameplay style of the original game, however the levels are fully 3D and in a 3rd-person view. You can play as different types of Hamsters who have unique abilities which can be used in "Hustle" mode. The original mazes from the PC version are available to be played on the "Stunt" game mode.

The game also has multiplayer that has two modes, Race and Sumo, which allows for the use of 7 connected controllers to simultaneously play at once, though it is exclusive to this one mode.
Hamster Ball also supports online leaderboards for players to upload their times/scores through the various game modes the game offers.

While you can play the game above 60FPS, very high framerates will break physics in some levels (Most notably Tubular II). It is suggested you play at anything lower than 160HZ to prevent this.

The game also has multiplayer that has two modes, Race and Sumo, which allows for the use of 7 connected controllers to simultaneously play at once, though it is exclusive to this one mode. Hamster Ball also supports online leaderboards for players to upload their times/scores through the various game modes the game offers.
