This party game follows Sony mascot Toro Nishino on his quest to become human. Although his plan to become human via learning Japanese in Doko Demo Issyo didn't work out, he learns about a special cat with a crescent moon scar who may be able to help his dream come true. The key to his quest? Filling a special memory book with records of gratitude by helping the people he comes across. His adventure will take him into contact with many of the other regular characters from the series - and also require him to get good at minigames.

This party game for up to four players features both a single-player quest mode and a multiplayer mode. In the single-player mode, players take on the role of Toro and follow him on his journey. Each step, told in the form of a storybook with voice acting, culminates in the need to best one of the game's more than 30 different minigames. The multiplayer mode, meanwhile, is more akin to Mario Party and involves groups of players taking on many minigames.
